At On Sale, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
